I was in time to see Vinny Ten run again, and at this point we knew that he was gunning for the 7's.  Vinny lined up against Paul Efantis MSP Supra, but Paul continue having problems for the day and had to pull it to the side.  Vinny shot off the line, but the track proved to be slick and slippery mid way down the track, so Vinny backed off the throttle and ran a 10.87@100mph.

Vinny still had that Grin, and we all knew what it meant if track conditions were better he would see 7's............  Although the track was slippery and racing continued, we were really concerned for the racers.

Jimmy O'conner of Venom Racing also wanted to make a statement and he had the same problem that Vinny had with the slick track conditions he was only able to run a 11.64@103mph.

Next up, Luis Corujo 85 Corolla lined up against Cesar's 300zx.  Cesar won with a 10.09 while Luis ran an 11.52 due to the slick track conditions.

Nelson won with a 8.73@150mph over this tricked out 2003 Mazda owned by Ed Bergenholtz that ran 9.33@142mph.

Chris Rado laid it down once again and blazed down the slippery track to making a 9.22 pass at 177mph.  Wow, look at that mph!  This was truly a good day for Chris and Vinny.......

Bad boy George Ioannou went for the win against Manny Cruz with the 2002 Cougar and mid way down the track Manny lost control and went across the track making a nasty crash into the wall.

Luckily Manny walked out of this wreck without a scratch.
